Forgiveness & Reconciliation Registration

March 28, 2020, 8:00am - 4:00pm | Saturday, March 28, 2020
8:00am - 4:00pm

"Forgive us our trespasses, as we forgive those who trespass against us" (Mt. 6:12).

Receiving forgiveness, offering forgiveness, and seeking forgiveness are three essentials of our Christian faith. Through the death and resurrection of Christ we have been forgiven and thus reconciled to God. Join us as we dig into the theology of forgiveness and reconciliation, as well as, the practical applications of both.

- How fully do you grasp the gift of grace offered through the sacrifice of Jesus in dying and rising to bring you back into right relationship with God?
- What does dying and rising have to do with forgiveness and reconciliation?
- How do we accept these gifts?
- How do we offer these gifts to others when we have been hurt?
- Is repentance a necessary requirement when offering forgiveness?
- Is forgiveness and one time thing?
- How is justice served in the dance of forgiveness and reconciliation?
- Does reconciliation always accompany forgiveness?
- Are there any unforgivable acts?

These and many other questions will be addressed in our time together. Feel free to contact Jenn at 337.344.7465 if you have any questions or concerns.
